Return Policy

At WildWrap, every kit is custom-cut to order based on the specific make, model, and trim level of your vehicle. Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed.

We encourage all customers to double-check their vehicle details and order information before confirming a purchase. If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out to our support team — we’re happy to help ensure you’re getting the right kit for your vehicle.

Exceptions & Order Issues
If your kit arrives with missing pieces, incorrect patterns, or is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, whether that means sending replacements or correcting the error.

To help us process any claims, please provide:
    •    Your order number
    •    A description of the issue
    •    Photos of the product and packaging

Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of being placed. After that, your kit may already be in production and cannot be canceled or refunded.
